One down, another to go… heck, go shopping first
One paper down, one more paper to go end this mth… and it’s a day after my bday somemore lor… *sob sob cannot enjoy until exam over…
Alan and I wanted to rest for a day before ‘chionging’ for our next paper. We decided to go Orchard and 顺便 shop for our boots (for korea trip). We needed to buy something sturdy and waterproof.
We were both craving for salmon sashimi and decided to go to the authentic Jap restaurant “二重丸Izakaya Nijumaru” located at Cuppage Plaza” 02-10/12 (which Ann recommended) for dinner.
As I was digging into my Katsu Curry Rice, I was wondering if it would be such a coincidence that I’d meet Ann again. The last time we went there, we met her too, she was bringing her colleagues there to try out the Jap food!
Well, you might have guessed it!
中马票都没这么准!
We met her again lor!!
haha… this time round with J and S!
很有缘 wor!
Was so excited when I saw them… hehehe… so we managed to chat a bit before Alan and I kickoff for our boots shopping trip.

I could never see myself shopping in Timberland until yesterday. Timberland has always been recommended by my friends as a place to shop for good footwear, but the stuff there seems to be kinda too expensive for my liking.
But they were having a 15% storewide SALE yesterday wor…. hmmm…that changed my mind instantly.
So Alan and I decided to check out their footwear to see if there is anything suitable for our korea trip.
And I found something I like! It’s a “Women’s Waterproof Mazie Ankle Boot Dark Brown Suede“.
The moment I put my feet in, I felt soooo happy…. Simply Love it! It’s so comfy and looks so damn cool! (Oops, did I just cursed? heee…running out of vocab to describe it).

When I decided to buy it, I was even more surprised to know that they were giving additional 15% for Citibank card holder!! Yipee! I bought a pair of $179 shoes for $129! Saved me $50!
With such a good deal, why wait?! (sounds like a sales tagline huh?!)
I quickly urged Alan to buy a pair too… and yup, he did!!
Okie… that’s it… time to scrimp & save for our next shopping spree…. in Korea!
