An insight to new media

I am part of the upcoming NE Portal team for my new post and I’m supposed to be familiar with ‘Mighty-O-New-Media’ which includes Blogging, Wikis, Friendster so on and so forth…

I guess it’s gonna be exciting! And I was very fortunate to be nominated to attend this New media course organised by Civil Service College in collaboration with MICA. 

It’s a 2 days course and Day 1 was a Lecture day and Day 2, which is today, is supposed to be a hands-on practical day!

We were given 1 hr plus to go out of thebeautiful SMU building (where we were having our course) to take pics and short video clip for our blog! We can practically’shoot’ anything we like.

First thing which comes to my mind was to head straight to the mall - “Shopping!” (*evil grin.. kekeke). 

And here goes my 1 hr shopping trip!…

And I decided to check out the ever-famous-DonutFactory  (ya… the one with the ever-long-queue!)

…and move on to Robinsons (they are having 20% off storewide!… this weekend only…)

…before moving on to film the ‘Magnificient’ water fountain (filming just for filming sake… haha…)
