I’ve decided to eat and live more healthily.

Oh alright, I admit. I put on weight. That’s why the decision was made.

Alan has been making me sandwiches to bring for work (thanks dear…). I’ve started eating more wholemeal, low salt, low sugar food.

We also went back to our  2-3 times per week running activity again.

It has been only 2 weeks and I can feel the difference now. My body is more toned and I feel less sluggish.

This application is quite easy to use and it will tell you approximately how much calories you can take per day. However, you really need to be disciplined enough to record down every piece of food you have taken in order to be accurate :) .
